Fracasso Hellas was founded in 2009 as a cooperation between Fracasso SpA, Italy and Intrakat SA, Greece, with the vision to improve the safety of Greek Roads by introducing innovative and reliable road restrain systems.
Since 2019 Intrakat holds 100% of Fracasso Hellas.
In 2015, Fracasso Hellas, together with Fracasso Ridoo, formed a new company, Fracasso Holdings doo, which shares our company’s initial vision and values. By establishing the new company, Fracasso Hellas and Fracasso Ridoo have joint forces with the goal to maximize customers’ satisfaction through our companies’ commitment to supply solutions and meet new market demands by designing, testing and introducing new restrain systems to the market.
Production Facilities
Fracasso Hellas production facilities are situated within the premises of INTRAKAT’s steel manufacturing plant in Giannouli, Larissa. The plant is built on a 125.000m2 plot (25.000m2 built facilities) with an intergrated galvanization unit and is considered to be amongst the most modern units in Greece.
